SB181-AA30,1,4 " Section 66m. 101.123 (3) (p) of the statutes is created to read:

SB181-AA30,1,7 101.123 (3) (p) Smoking in a place of employment that is a private business if a majority of the employees who normally frequent the place of employment vote to permit smoking. The vote shall be conducted by secret ballot.".
