SB530-SSA1-SA3,1,2 1. Page 21, line 20: delete lines 20 to 24 and substitute:

SB530-SSA1-SA3,1,5 "(b) If a customer is a member of the U.S. armed forces or forces incorporated in the U.S. armed forces, a licensee may not charge interest at a rate exceeding 36 percent per year on a payday loan made to the customer.".
