SB62-AA44,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB62-AA44,1,2 1. Page 27, line 16: delete that line and substitute:

SB62-AA44,1,3 " Section 466. 49.45 (2) (a) 17. of the statutes is amended to read:

SB62-AA44,1,8 49.45 (2) (a) 17. Notify the governor, the joint committee on legislative organization, the joint committee on finance and appropriate standing committees, as determined by the presiding officer of each house, if the appropriation accounts under s. 20.435 (4) (b) and (gp) comprising the state share of medical assistance are insufficient to provide the state share of medical assistance.".
