AB11-AA124,1,3 " Section 9130. Nonstatutory provisions; Legislature.

AB11-AA124,1,8 (1m) Senate confirmation of unclassified positions. Beginning on the effective date of this subsection, no person nominated for an appointment to an unclassified position under section 230.08 (2) of the statutes, as affected by this act, may accept the appointment unless confirmed by the senate in the manner in which other appointments are confirmed by the senate.".
