AB11-ASA2,1,1 An Act ...; relating to: state finances.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB11-ASA2, s. 9119 Section 9119. Nonstatutory provisions; Governor.

AB11-ASA2,1,9 (1) Negotiation on retirement and health care contributions for represented state employees. No later than 10 days after the effective date of this subsection, the governor shall commence negotiations with representatives of all state employees who are included in collective bargaining units under subchapter V of chapter 111 of the statutes over matters relating to the payment and amount of employee required contributions under the Wisconsin Retirement System and the payment and amount of employee health insurance premiums.
