AB3-ASA2-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB3-ASA2-AA3,1,2 1. Page 6, line 14: after that line insert:

AB3-ASA2-AA3,1,8 "(1m) Report. Annually, the department of commerce shall complete a report assessing the effectiveness of the modification and credits under sections 71.05 (6) (b) 47., 71.28 (9s), and 71.47 (9s) of the statutes, as created by this act, and shall specify the type and number of jobs created by the modification and credits. The report shall be submitted to the governor and to the legislature as provided under section 13.172 (2) of the statutes.".
