AB5-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB5-AA3,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "legislation" insert ", legislation requiring the transfer of moneys between state funds, and legislation increasing public debt".

AB5-AA3,1,5 2. Page 1, line 4: after " rates" insert ", transferring moneys between state funds, and increasing public debt".

AB5-AA3,1,7 3. Page 1, line 6: after "franchise tax" insert "or that transfers moneys between state funds, or increases public debt".
