Nonstatutory provisions; Agriculture, Trade and
Consumer Protection.

4(1) Economist position. The authorized FTE positions for the department of
5agriculture, trade and consumer protection are increased by 1.0 GPR economist
6position, to be funded from the appropriation under section 20.115 (8) (a) of the
7statutes, for the purpose of preparing economic impact analyses under section
8227.137 of the statutes, as affected by this act.

10(1) Economist position. The authorized FTE positions for the department of
11commerce are increased by 1.0 GPR economist position, to be funded from the
1appropriation under section 20.143 (1) (a) of the statutes, for the purpose of
2preparing economic impact analyses under section 227.137 of the statutes, as
3affected by this act.

5(1) Economist position. The authorized FTE positions for the department of
6natural resources are increased by 1.0 GPR economist position, to be funded from the
7appropriation under section 20.370 (8) (ma) of the statutes, for the purpose of
8preparing economic impact analyses under section 227.137 of the statutes, as
9affected by this act.

12transportation are increased by 1.0 SEG economist position, to be funded from the
13appropriation under section 20.395 (4) (aq) of the statutes, for the purpose of
14preparing economic impact analyses under section 227.137 of the statutes, as
15affected by this act.

18workforce development are increased by 1.0 GPR economist position, to be funded
19from the appropriation under section 20.445 (1) (a) of the statutes, for the purpose

21affected by this act.".
