SB1-AA11,1,2 1. Page 17, line 9: after that line insert:

SB1-AA11,1,7 "(8m) Subsections (4), (5), and (6) do not apply in an action where there is a finding that damages were caused by an act or omission by an employee of a long-term care provider that constitutes an offense against an elderly or vulnerable person, as defined in s. 939.22 (20d), and that the long-term care provider's negligence was a proximate cause of the employee's act or omission.".
