SB1-AA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB1-AA9,1,6 1. Page 10, line 20: after "or (3m)" insert "and except that a person who participates in the review or evaluation shall disclose an incident or occurrence report or any information acquired in connection with such review or evaluation to a court of record with regard to a case involving sexual contact or intercourse with a client, patient, or resident, who is a minor".
