SENATE AMENDMENT 20, TO SENATE BILL 1

January 18, 2011 - Offered by Senators Risser, Erpenbach, Miller, Taylor, T. Cullen and Carpenter.

SB1-SA20,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB1-SA20,1,2 1. Page 30, line 22: delete "895.043 (6),".

SB1-SA20,1,3 2. Page 30, line 22: delete "895.045 (3), 895.046,".

SB1-SA20,1,4 3. Page 30, line 23: delete "895.047,".

SB1-SA20,1,6 4. Page 30, line 24: delete that line and substitute "907.01 and 907.02 of the statutes, and the creation of sections".

SB1-SA20,1,7 5. Page 30, line 25: delete "907.01 (3)," and substitute "907.01 (3)".

SB1-SA20,1,8 6. Page 30, line 25: delete "(3) (a) and (b),".

SB1-SA20,1,9 7. Page 31, line 2: after that line insert:

SB1-SA20,2,2 "(5m) Acts or omissions. The treatment of sections 893.555, 895.043 (6), 895.045 (3), 895.046, and 895.047 of the statutes, the renumbering and amendment of section 895.043 (3) of the statutes, and the creation of section 895.043 (3) (a) and (b) of the statutes first apply to acts or omissions that occur on the effective date of this subsection.".
