SB2-AA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB2-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: after "purposes" insert ", granting rule-making authority,".

SB2-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 9: delete "The following" and substitute "Except as otherwise provided, the following".

SB2-AA1,1,12 3. Page 2, line 13: delete "accounts." and substitute "accounts, except that these provisions do not apply to an individual who claims the federal deduction for a contribution to a health savings account if the high deductible health plan under which the individual, or the individual and his or her family, is covered requires a deductible, copayment, or coninsurance for preventive services, as that term is defined by the commissioner of insurance by rule, that are performed by a health care provider as defined in s. 103.10 (1) (e).".
