SB6-AA12,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB6-AA12,1,3 1. Page 15, line 6: after that line insert:

SB6-AA12,1,4 " Section 35m. 19.42 (10) (t) of the statutes is created to read:

SB6-AA12,1,6 19.42 (10) (t) The management staff of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, as determined by the chief executive officer of the corporation.".

SB6-AA12,1,8 " Section 36m. 19.42 (13) (p) of the statutes is created to read:

SB6-AA12,1,10 19.42 (13) (p) The management staff of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, as determined by the chief executive officer of the corporation.

SB6-AA12, s. 36n Section 36n. 19.45 (11) (e) of the statutes is created to read:

SB6-AA12,2,3 19.45 (11) (e) The board of directors of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation shall prescribe and enforce a code of ethics for employees of the corporation who are not state public officials.".
