SENATE AMENDMENT 11, TO SENATE BILL 6

SB6-SA11,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB6-SA11,1,2 1. Page 20, line 14: after that line insert:

SB6-SA11,1,7 "238.045 Wisconsin job retention. (1) Any recipient of a grant, loan, or award under this chapter shall enter into an agreement with the board that requires that a new job created as a result of that grant, loan, or award shall be located in Wisconsin and shall be continuously occupied and retained in Wisconsin for not less than 4 years.

SB6-SA11,1,10 (2) The terms of the agreement under sub. (1) shall include a provision requiring the recipient to repay to the corporation all or a portion of the grant, loan, or award if the recipient fails to meet the agreement's requirements under sub. (1).".
