SENATE AMENDMENT 9, TO SENATE BILL 6

SB6-SA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB6-SA9,1,3 1. Page 19, line 17: after "Wisconsin." insert "In developing and implementing programs under this section, the board shall have the following goals:

SB6-SA9,1,6 (1) That not less than 50 percent of those programs are directed to, and not less than 50 percent of all grants, loans, or other incentives are awarded to, small businesses.

SB6-SA9,1,9 (2) That not less than 5 percent of those programs are directed to, and not less than 5 percent of all grants, loans, or other incentives are awarded to, minority businesses certified by the department of commerce under s. 560.036.

SB6-SA9,1,12 (3) That not less than 5 percent of those programs are directed to, and not less than 5 percent of all grants, loans, or other incentives are awarded to, woman-owned businesses certified by the department of commerce under s. 560.035.

SB6-SA9,2,4 (4) That not less than 5 percent of those programs are directed to, and not less than 5 percent of all grants, loans, or other incentives are awarded to, disabled veteran-owned businesses certified by the department of commerce under s. 560.0335.".
