AB110-ASA1-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB110-ASA1-AA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 4: after "pupils," insert "aid for special education,".

AB110-ASA1-AA1,1,3 32. Page 10, line 9: after that line insert:

AB110-ASA1-AA1,1,5 4" Section 5g. 15.882 of the statutes is renumbered 115.882 (intro.) and
5amended to read:

AB110-ASA1-AA1,1,11 6115.882 Payment of state aid. (intro.) Funds appropriated under s. 20.255
7(2) (b) shall be used first for the purpose of s. 115.88 (4). Costs eligible for
8reimbursement from the appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (b) under ss. 115.88 (1m)
9to (3), (6) and (8), 115.93, and 118.255 (4) shall be reimbursed at a rate set to
10distribute the full amount appropriated for reimbursement for the costs, not to
11exceed 100%. the following rate:

1115.882 (1) In the 2012-13 school year, 31 percent.

AB110-ASA1-AA1,2,3 3(3) In the 2014-15 school year, 41 percent.

AB110-ASA1-AA1,2,4 4(4) In the 2015-16 school year, 46 percent.

AB110-ASA1-AA1,2,5 5(5) In the 2016-17 school year and in each school year thereafter, 50 percent.".
