(a) 2." insert "only for the amount of renewable energy and renewable resource credits required of the electric provider during a given year that exceeds the product of the electric provider's renewable energy percentage required under par. (a) 2. d. times the total amount of electricity that the electric provider sold to retail customers or members in 2015, and".
