AB142-AA1,1,5 1. Page 2, line 5: after "freshmen." insert "To be eligible to receive a grant under this subsection, a student's annual family income may not exceed 4.5 times the nonfarm federal poverty line for the continental United States, as defined and revised annually under 42 USC 9902 (2).".
