AB154-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB154-AA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 1: delete "prohibiting".
AB154-AA1,1,3 32. Page 2, line 2: delete " Prohibiting abortion" and substitute "Abortion".
AB154-AA1,1,4 43. Page 2, line 7: after that line insert:
AB154-AA1,1,8 5"(3) A qualified health plan, as defined in 42 USC 18021 (a), that is offered
6through any American health benefit exchange, as described in 42 USC 18031, that
7is operating in the state shall provide coverage for an abortion the performance of
8which is under any of the following circumstances:
AB154-AA1,1,109 (a) The abortion is directly and medically necessary to save the life of the
10woman.
AB154-AA1,1,1211 (b) The abortion is directly and medically necessary to prevent grave,
12long-lasting health damage to the woman.

1(c) The pregnancy is the result of a sexual assault or incest.".
