ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 3, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2011 ASSEMBLY BILL 37

AB37-ASA1-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB37-ASA1-AA3,1,2 1. Page 4, line 9: delete "If" and substitute "1. Subject to subd. 2., if".

AB37-ASA1-AA3,1,3 2. Page 4, line 11: delete "paragraph" and substitute "subdivision".

AB37-ASA1-AA3,1,4 3. Page 4, line 15: after that line insert:

AB37-ASA1-AA3,1,8 "2. Before the common council may adopt a resolution approving the sale or lease of underutilized city-owned property used for school purposes, the common council shall define "underutilized" for the purpose of making a finding as to whether city-owned property used for school purposes is or is not underutilized.".
