AB463-AA7,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB463-AA7,1,3 21. Page 22, line 12: delete "A person" and substitute "Except as provided under
3subd. 4., a person".

AB463-AA7,1,4 42. Page 22, line 15: delete "unless subd. 4. applies".

AB463-AA7,1,7 53. Page 22, line 15: before "The application" insert "The person may not
6proceed with the discharge unless the person receives authorization from the
7department.".

AB463-AA7,1,8 84. Page 23, line 3: delete lines 3 to 9 and substitute:

AB463-AA7,1,12 9"2m. Within 30 days after an application under subd. 1. is received by the
10department, the department shall request additional information, shall inform the
11applicant whether a wetland individual permit will be required as provided in par.
12(i), or shall authorize the discharge under the wetland general permit.".
