AB467-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB467-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 5: delete the material beginning with ", the department" and ending with "emissions" on line 6.

AB467-SA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 8: after "microorganisms," insert "the department may only consider carbon dioxide emissions".

AB467-SA1,1,6 3. Page 3, line 1: delete that line and substitute "emissions resulting from".

AB467-SA1,1,8 4. Page 3, line 3: after "microorganisms," insert "the department may only consider carbon dioxide emissions".
