AB51-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB51-ASA1-AA2,1,10 1. Page 11, line 25: after "agency." insert "No contract with the charter school authorizing board may authorize the governing body of a nonprofit corporation to establish a charter school in a school district with a membership, as defined in s. 121.004 (5), of less than 2,000, except that if the membership of a school district declines below 2,000 after such a charter school is established in the school district under a contract with the charter school authorizing board, the governing body of the nonprofit corporation may continue to operate the charter school and the restriction does not apply to the establishment of additional charter schools in the school district by the same nonprofit corporation.".
