AB64-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB64-AA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 18: after "permit." insert "A permit may be issued under this subsection only if at least one portion of the load under this permit would require a permit had it been transported on a separate carrier.".
