AB7-ASA2-AA40,1,2 21. Page 9, line 8: after that line insert:

AB7-ASA2-AA40,1,7 3"(g) A card issued by the federal social security administration that shows proof
4of eligibility for the Medicare program; a card that is issued by the department of
5health services and is known as a ForwardHealth card and that shows proof of
6eligibility for the Medical Assistance program; or any card that shows eligibility for
7the supplemental security income program under 42 USC 1381 to 1383d.".
