AB7-ASA2-AA50,1,2 1. Page 9, line 8: after that line insert:

AB7-ASA2-AA50,1,3 "(g) Any form of proof of residence specified in s. 6.34 (3).".

AB7-ASA2-AA50,1,6 2. Page 9, line 13: delete "as" and substitute "that if proof of residence under s. 6.34 (3) is used and the proof does not contain a photograph, no photograph is required and no photograph is required if".
