AB7-SA23,1,21 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute

AB7-SA23,1,3 31. Page 62, line 24: after that line insert:
AB7-SA23,1,4 4" Section 108g. 69.22 (1) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB7-SA23,1,65 69.22 (1) (intro.) Except as provided in sub. subs. (6) and (7), the state registrar
6and any local registrar acting under this subchapter shall collect the following fees:

AB7-SA23,1,138 69.22 (7) The state registrar and any local registrar acting under this
9subchapter may not collect the fees described in sub. (1) if the requester provides the
10registrar with an affidavit of indigency and a statement, in writing, that the
11requested vital record is being obtained for the purpose of obtaining an operator's
12license issued under ch. 343 or an identification card issued under s. 343.50 for
13purposes of voting.".

8requester provides the clerk with an affidavit of indigency and a statement, in
9writing, that the requested court order is being obtained for the purpose of obtaining
10an operator's license issued under ch. 343 or an identification card issued under s.
11343.50 for purposes of voting.".
