AB92-AA11,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB92-AA11,1,4 21. Page 2, line 4: delete "the city" and substitute "the city or, subject to par.
3(bm), any pupil in grades 9 to 12 who resides within the city may attend, at no charge,
4any private school located in
".
AB92-AA11,1,5 52. Page 3, line 1: after that line insert:
AB92-AA11,1,6 6" Section 4m. 119.23 (2) (bm) of the statutes is created to read:
AB92-AA11,1,127 119.23 (2) (bm) A private school located in Milwaukee County that will be
8operated by the governing body of a private school that is participating in the
9program under this section on the effective date of this paragraph .... [LRB inserts
10date], may participate in the program under this section but only if all of the
11following continue to apply for the duration of the participation in the program under
12this section of the private school located in Milwaukee County:
AB92-AA11,1,1313 1. The governing body of the private school operates a private school in the city.

12. The private school described in subd. 1. participates in the program under
2this section and enrolls the same number of pupils in the program under this section
3as the private school enrolled in the 2010-11 school year.".
AB92-AA11,2,4 43. Page 3, line 2: delete lines 2 to 13 and substitute:
AB92-AA11,2,5 5" Section 5m. 119.23 (7) (d) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:
AB92-AA11,2,196 119.23 (7) (d) 1. A copy of the school's current certificate of occupancy issued
7by the city, if the school building is located in the city, or, for a school building located
8in Milwaukee County, evidence satisfactory to the department that the school
9building is in compliance with all applicable state and local laws, rules, codes, and
10ordinances
. If the private school moves to a new location in the city, the private school
11shall submit a copy of the new certificate of occupancy issued by the city to the
12department before the attendance of pupils at the new location and before the next
13succeeding date specified in s. 121.05 (1) (a). If the private school moves to a new
14location in Milwaukee County, the private school shall submit evidence satisfactory
15to the department that the school building in the new location is in compliance with
16all applicable state and local laws, rules, codes, and ordinances before the attendance
17of pupils at the new location and before the next succeeding date specified in s. 121.05
18(1) (a).
A temporary certificate of occupancy does not meet the requirement of this
19subdivision.".

AB92-AA11,2,21 215. Page 4, line 2: delete that line and substitute "first applies to private".
