ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 12, TO 2011 ASSEMBLY BILL 92

AB92-AA12,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB92-AA12,1,3 1. Page 2, line 2: delete "Subject to par. (b), any Any" and substitute "Subject to par. (b) (bd), any".

AB92-AA12,1,4 2. Page 3, line 1: after that line insert:

AB92-AA12,1,5 " Section 4m. 119.23 (2) (bd) of the statutes is created to read:

AB92-AA12,1,9 119.23 (2) (bd) For a private school that notifies the state superintendent of its intent to participate in the program under this section after the effective date of this paragraph .... [LRB inserts date], no more than 49 percent of the private school's enrollment may consist of pupils attending the private school under this section.".
