AB94-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB94-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 23: after "1." insert "and (4m) (a)".

AB94-AA1,1,3 2. Page 4, line 17: after "is" insert "renumbered 119.23 (4m) (intro.) and".

AB94-AA1,1,4 3. Page 4, line 18: after " (4m)" insert "(intro.)".

AB94-AA1,1,5 4. Page 4, line 20: substitute "parent or guardian" for "parents or guardians".

AB94-AA1,1,6 5. Page 4, line 21: substitute "each pupil" for "all pupils".

AB94-AA1,1,7 6. Page 4, line 22: delete lines 22 to 25 and substitute:

AB94-AA1,1,9 "in sub. (4) (c), an the amount determined by multiplying 40% of the payment under sub. (4) as follows:

AB94-AA1,1,12 (c) Multiply the product under par. (b) by the quotient determined by dividing the summer choice average daily membership equivalent of the private school by the total number of pupils for whom payments are being made under sub. (4).".
