AB94-AA13,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB94-AA13,1,2 1. Page 4, line 16: after that line insert:

AB94-AA13,1,3 " Section 4m. 119.23 (4) (e) of the statutes is created to read:

AB94-AA13,1,5 119.23 (4) (e) The department shall confirm attendance data provided under sub. (7) (h) before making a payment under this subsection or sub. (4m).".

AB94-AA13,1,7 " Section 6m. 119.23 (7) (h) of the statutes is created to read:

AB94-AA13,1,12 119.23 (7) (h) After each of the pupil counting days specified in s. 121.05 (1) (a), each private school participating in the program under this section shall provide the department with the names of the pupils who are attending the private school under this section, specifying how long each pupil has been attending the private school and the contact information for the pupil's parent or guardian.".
