ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 6, TO 2011 ASSEMBLY BILL 94

AB94-AA6,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB94-AA6,1,2 1. Page 3, line 3: delete lines 3 to 9.

AB94-AA6,1,3 2. Page 3, line 13: delete that line.

AB94-AA6,1,4 3. Page 3, line 14: delete " school under this section.".

AB94-AA6,1,10 4. Page 3, line 16: delete lines 16 to 20 and substitute "among one or more of those installments the November installment, but the payment shall be made in a separate check from the payment under this subsection. Except as provided in sub. (4r), the department shall send the check to the private school. Except as provided in sub. (4r), the parent or guardian shall restrictively endorse the check for the use of the private school.".

AB94-AA6,2,3 5. Page 4, line 19: delete lines 19 to 21 and substitute "shall pay to the parent or guardian of each pupil enrolled in a private school under this section, in the manner described".

AB94-AA6,2,4 6. Page 5, line 18: delete lines 18 to 21.
