SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2011 SENATE BILL 136

SB136-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB136-SA1,1,4 1. On page 6, in item C. 5., delete "or under a county farmland preservation plan (also see item D. 2.)" and substitute "(also see item D. 2.), or under a county farmland preservation plan".

SB136-SA1,1,6 2. On page 6, in item C. 5., delete "(see s. 710.12, Wis. stats.)" and substitute "(also see item D. 2m.)".

SB136-SA1,1,9 3. On page 7, in item C. 9., delete both instances of "Wisconsin Department of Commerce" and substitute "Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services" in both places.

SB136-SA1,1,13 4. On page 10, in item D. 2., delete "Rezoning a property zoned farmland preservation to another use, early termination of a farmland preservation agreement, or" and substitute "Early termination of a farmland preservation agreement or".

SB136-SA1,2,2 5. Page 10, in item D. 2. a., delete "in a certified farmland preservation zoning district or is".
