ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 2011 SENATE BILL 179

SB179-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB179-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: after "age" insert "and that has been in existence and continuous operation for 30 years or less".

SB179-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 and 2, as affected by senate amendment 1, and substitute:

SB179-AA1,1,8 "48.65 (2) (bm) 1. A private school, as defined in s. 115.001 (3r), whether accredited by an accrediting agency specified in s. 118.60 (2) (a) 7. or unaccredited, that does not provide care and supervision for children under 3 years of age.

SB179-AA1,1,11 2. A private school, as defined in s. 115.001 (3r), that provides care and supervision for children under 3 years of age and that is accredited by an accrediting agency specified in s. 118.60 (2) (a) 7.

SB179-AA1,2,3 3. A private school, as defined in s. 115.001 (3r), that provides care and supervision for children under 3 years of age and that is not accredited by an accrediting agency specified in s. 118.60 (2) (a) 7., if the private school has been in existence and in continuous operation for at least 30 years immediately prior to January 1, 2012.".
