SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2011 SENATE BILL 18

SB18-SSA1-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB18-SSA1-SA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 14: after "enforce" insert "or any person who is a correctional officer, as defined in s. 301.28 (1)".

SB18-SSA1-SA1,1,4 2. Page 7, line 3: delete "any" and substitute "all of the following:".

SB18-SSA1-SA1,1,5 3. Page 7, line 3: before "person" insert:

SB18-SSA1-SA1,1,6 "1. Any".

SB18-SSA1-SA1,1,7 4. Page 7, line 6: after that line insert:

SB18-SSA1-SA1,1,9 "2. Any jailer who, under the direction of a sheriff under s. 59.27 (1), keeps persons in a county jail.".
