SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2011 SENATE BILL 20

SB20-SSA1-SA2,1,2 1. Page 4, line 9: delete "If" and substitute "1. Subject to subd. 2., if".

SB20-SSA1-SA2,1,3 2. Page 4, line 15: after that line insert:

SB20-SSA1-SA2,1,8 "2. Before the common council may adopt a resolution approving the sale or lease of underutilized city-owned property used for school purposes, the common council shall work with the board to establish circumstances and conditions under which the common council may and may not find that the city-owned property is underutilized.".
