SB226-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB226-SA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 11: after "event," insert "regulating body gripping traps,".

SB226-SA2,1,3 2. Page 7, line 4: after that line insert:

SB226-SA2,1,4 " Section 7m. 29.331 (1m) of the statutes is created to read:

SB226-SA2,1,7 29.331 (1m) Body gripping traps. No person may set, place, or operate a body gripping trap of a type designed to kill an animal unless the trap is smaller than 36 square inches in size or unless at least one-half of the trap is submerged in water.".
