86. Page 3, line 4: after "college." insert "Notwithstanding pars. (a) to (c), the
9appointment committee for the district board governing the Northeast Wisconsin
10technical college shall consist of the chairpersons of the board of supervisors of the
11counties in whole or in part in the district and the county executive of the county
1having the largest population in the district or, if that county does not have a county
2executive, the county administrator or administrative coordinator of that county.".

5committee shall be the county executive of the county having the largest population
6in the district or, if that county does not have a county executive, the county

9appointment committee for the district board governing the Northeast Wisconsin
10technical college constitutes a quorum for that appointment committee, except that
11if that committee consists of an even number of members, a majority of the members
12plus one member constitutes a quorum for that committee.".
