31. Page 5, line 15: before "section 38.08 (1) (b) of the statutes" insert "section
438.08 (1) (a) 1g. of the statutes, as created by this act, and".

(am) Two of the members specified in section 38.08 (1) (a) 1g. a. of the statutes,
8as created by this act, and one of the members specified in section 38.08 (1) (a) 1g.
9d. of the statutes, as created by this act, shall have terms ending on June 30, 2016.
10Of the members specified in section 38.08 (1) (a) 1g. a. of the statutes, as created by
11this act, who are appointed under this paragraph, one member shall represent
12employers with 15 or more employees and one member shall represent employers
13with 100 or more employees and one of those members shall represent employers
1who are manufacturing businesses. The members appointed under this paragraph
2shall replace the members of the district board appointed under section 38.08 (1) (a)
31., 2009 stats., whose terms expire on June 30, 2013.

4(bm) One of the members specified in section 38.08 (1) (a) 1g. a. of the statutes,
5as created by this act, the member specified in section 38.08 (1) (a) 1g. c. of the
6statues, as created by this act, and one of the members specified in section 38.08 (1)
7(a) 1g. d. of the statutes, as created by this act, shall have terms ending on June 30,
82017. The members appointed under this paragraph shall replace the members of
9the district board appointed under section 38.08 (1) (a) 1., 2009 stats., whose terms
10expire on June 30, 2014.

11(cm) Two of the members specified in section 38.08 (1) (a) 1g. a. of the statutes,
12as created by this act, and the member specified in section 38.08 (1) (a) 1g. b. of the
13statutes, as created by this act, shall have terms ending on June 30, 2018. Of the
14members specified in section 38.08 (1) (a) 1g. a. of the statutes, as created by this act,
15who are appointed under this paragraph, one member shall represent employers
16with 15 or more employees and one member shall represent employers with 100 or
17more employees and one of those members shall represent employers who are
18manufacturing businesses. The members appointed under this paragraph shall
19replace the members of the district board appointed under section 38.08 (1) (a) 1.,
202009 stats., whose terms expire on June 30, 2015.

21(3) Notwithstanding the requirements for membership on the district board
22governing the Milwaukee area technical college under section 38.08 (1) (a) 1g. of the
23statutes, as created by this act, any member who is serving on or appointed to the
24district board on the day before the effective date of this subsection may continue to
1serve as a member of the district board until his or her successor is appointed and
2qualified.".
