SB294-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB294-SA1,1,5 1. Page 2, line 9: delete the material beginning with "the court" and ending with "unjust" on line 13 and substitute " the standards under s. 227.485 shall apply to the court shall award the person of costs and reasonable attorney fees by the court".
