SB314-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB314-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 17: delete "Any person acting under this subsection on".

SB314-SA1,1,3 2. Page 3, line 18: delete lines 18 and 19.

SB314-SA1,1,5 3. Page 3, line 22: delete "a $30 service fee" and substitute "a service fee that does not exceed $30".

SB314-SA1,1,6 4. Page 3, line 25: delete "association will" and substitute "fuel retailer may".

SB314-SA1,1,8 5. Page 4, line 4: delete the material beginning with "If" and ending with "s. 943.21 (1m) (d)." on line 6.
