SB354-AA1,1,9 "(2d) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of safety and professional services under section 20.165 (1) (hg) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2011, the dollar amount is increased by $125,000,000 for the first fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect for the licensing, rule making, and regulatory functions of the medical examining board and the affiliated credentialing boards attached to the medical examining board.".
