SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2011 SENATE BILL 388

SB388-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB388-SA1,1,3 1. Page 6, line 9: delete "on tickets" and substitute "and written acknowledgement".

SB388-SA1,1,4 2. Page 6, line 10: delete "on each ticket or season pass that it".

SB388-SA1,1,5 3. Page 6, line 11: delete "issues" and substitute "and distribute".

SB388-SA1,1,6 4. Page 6, line 18: after that line insert:

SB388-SA1,1,11 "(am) Signed acknowledgement. No ski operator may allow a person to participate in a snow sport unless the person has received a copy of the warning specified in par. (a) and signed a statement that he or she has read and understands the warning. A parent or legal guardian may sign the statement on behalf of a minor.".
