SB388-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB388-SA2,1,2 1. Page 11, line 13: after that line insert:

SB388-SA2,1,6 "(ar) Helmets. Each ski area operator shall provide a helmet at no cost to each participant in a snow sport who is a minor unless an exculpatory release of liability is signed for the minor by his or her parent, by his or her legal guardian, or by another adult authorized by the parent or legal guardian to sign the release.".

SB388-SA2,1,7 2. Page 15, line 1: after "area" insert "who is an adult".

SB388-SA2,1,8 3. Page 15, line 8: after " sport." insert "(a)".

SB388-SA2,1,9 4. Page 15, line 10: substitute "1." for "(a)".

SB388-SA2,1,10 5. Page 15, line 11: delete that line and substitute:

SB388-SA2,1,12 "2. If an adult, choose whether to wear a helmet while participating in the snow sport.

SB388-SA2,2,2 3. If a minor, wear a helmet while participating in a snow sport unless a release of liability has been signed as provided in s. 167.33 (4) (ar).
