SB388-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB388-SA4,1,2 1. Page 11, line 13: after that line insert:

SB388-SA4,1,5 "(am) Padding. Each ski area operator shall ensure that all ski area infrastructure and ski area vehicles be padded to a degree that will substantially reduce the risk of injury or death.".

SB388-SA4,1,7 2. Page 15, line 5: delete lines 5 to 7 and substitute "and ski area vehicles, are not padded to the degree that death or injury will not occur.".
