SB396-SSA1-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB396-SSA1-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 21: delete lines 21 and 22 and substitute:

SB396-SSA1-SA1,1,8 "(1m) General program supplementation. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the joint committee on finance under section 20.865 (4) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2011, the dollar amount is decreased by $250,000 for the second fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect to decrease funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.".
