Page 5, line 24: on page 2, line 2, of the material inserted by senate amendment 1, after "plan." insert "Under the management plan, the department shall give priority to the hunting and trapping of wolves in areas where the goal of reducing depredation by wolves to livestock on private property will be furthered.".
