ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO 2011 SENATE BILL 47

SB47-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB47-AA2,1,3 1. Page 3, line 1: after "statutes" insert ", as affected by 2011 Wisconsin Act 32,".

SB47-AA2,1,4 2. Page 4, line 2: substitute "administration" for "commerce".

SB47-AA2,1,6 3. Page 4, line 5: delete the material beginning with "families; a" and ending with "commerce;" on line 6 and substitute " families;".

SB47-AA2,1,8 4. Page 4, line 8: delete " regulation and licensing" and substitute "safety and professional services".

SB47-AA2,1,9 5. Page 5, line 5: after that line insert:

SB47-AA2,1,11 "(d) Establish methods to encourage the participation of small businesses in rule making under s. 227.114 (4).".

SB47-AA2,1,12 6. Page 5, line 22: delete " for the agency and shall" and substitute "and shall".

SB47-AA2,2,2 7. Page 5, line 23: delete the material beginning with "cooperate" and ending with "560.43 (3)" on line 24 and substitute " for the agency".

SB47-AA2,2,4 8. Page 7, line 4: after "statutes" insert ", as affected by 2011 Wisconsin Act 21,".

SB47-AA2,2,5 9. Page 7, line 7: delete "to (4)" and substitute ", (3), and (4)".

SB47-AA2,2,6 10. Page 7, line 9: substitute "analysis" for "report".

SB47-AA2,2,8 11. Page 7, line 10: delete "227.137,;" and substitute "227.137 (2),; a copy of any revised economic impact analysis prepared by the agency under 227.137 (4),;".

SB47-AA2,2,9 12. Page 7, line 11: delete "227.138" and substitute "227.137 (6)".

SB47-AA2,2,11 13. Page 7, line 17: substitute "small business regulatory review board" for "board".

SB47-AA2,2,13 14. Page 8, line 15: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 9, line 3.
