SB92-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB92-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: after "abortions" insert "and vasectomies".

SB92-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 2: after " abortion" insert "and vasectomy".

SB92-AA1,1,4 3. Page 2, line 7: after that line insert:

SB92-AA1,1,7 "(3) A qualified health plan, as defined in 42 USC 18021 (a), that is offered through any American health benefit exchange, as described in 42 USC 18031, that is operating in the state may not cover a vasectomy.".
