SB95-AA2,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB95-AA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 8: after "code;" insert "establishing the salary of the governor;".

SB95-AA2,1,4 2. Page 5, line 1: before that line insert:

SB95-AA2,1,5 " Section 1h. 20.923 (2) (c) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB95-AA2,1,9 20.923 (2) (c) The annual salary of the governor shall be set at 21.6% above the minimum of the salary range for executive salary group 10 300 percent of the mean annual salary for all occupations in Wisconsin, as determined by the bureau of labor statistics in the federal department of labor.".

SB95-AA2,1,10 3. Page 5, line 1: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1m".

SB95-AA2,1,11 4. Page 17, line 8: after that line insert:

SB95-AA2,2,2 "(8d) The treatment of section 20.923 (2) (c) of the statutes first applies to a governor who is elected to office on the effective date of this subsection.".
